Using a vpn to get membership?

so i have read a bit about being able to use a vpn to change location in order to get 3 months etc cheaper from a site in south america or india, question is what's the best method on how to do it?

Ends up being around $0.70-0.75c/mill which isn't great but it's safe

 

And of course membership is a hell of a lot cheaper.
