Re-selling guide - not sure if it's "scam" or not

After skimming through I3aze's Firecape thread (was thinking of using), naturally I was checking his vouches. There was one:

And then after this one, he had several "guide sale" vouches:

I am not saying he's a scammer - he seems really legit. However, I am just concerned as to whether he ripped the guide off the first person he bought it off.

It's a possibility. Wait and see what Skele has to say about this.

 

I've PM'd blaze already, I asked if he had the rights to re-sell the guide. Still waiting for response.
