Lifting paypal limit with gift card

I don't have a credit card to verify my paypal account and I don't have cash irl to go out and buy a pre-paid visa gift card or something so I thought...hmm.. couldn't I just buy a gift card from someone? I was thinking someone would give me a giftcard with atleast 3$ and I will link it to my account and then pay them back since I can send money now.

Any thoughts on this?

 

Tbh, it should be at least a Master Card, Visa Gift Card.

 

You need to confirm your card to get rid of the limits, so I don't think a gift card will work (correct me if I'm wrong). Also, how would you buy the card if you don't have money irl and have limits on your Paypal?

if visa's dont work you can do what I did order a green dot gift card their free then go to store and buy money pack u can buy like $5 one and just transfer cash to paypal and your done account verified

 

He gets the card. Gets his paypal fixed and pays with his paypal money.

You could make a Australian paypal account, as you can SEND/RECEIVE money (Up to 4,200$ total) without having to verifiy anything, just your email.

Those un-verified australian paypal accounts get limited quickly, I wouldn't recommend.
