[PP][BUYING] High Level RICH accounts [Must be Trusted!]

Hey I am buying a high level account: preferably with multiple 99s (rare ones like RC, summoning, cons, agi, prayer are all huge pluses)
I perfer if the account have 100M+ (400M plus is a huge bonus)

I don't really have a budget but would like to keep it below $500 (i understand meeting all the "huge plus" requirements above are a bit of a stretch for that price)

R2Pleasent is helping me secure this account and he will both MM and require you to give him a few things.
1. You MUST be in North America, preferably the US.
2. You MUST give him your phone number and your address, he will call you to confirm you number, name and address.
3. It is PREFERRED that you give him your Photo ID

Finally, I prefer to trade with someone trusted on this site (user educator and up). However, I understand the dearth of accounts being sold by these members at this level so I am prepared to trade with others also.
