I would recommend Sythe Just trade with fairly trusted people.
I've never dealt with sites as G4RS or usfine, so can't help you there

 

id try gold4rs.com and refer mike, you shuld probably raise your stats a little though.

 

Gold4rs gives like 1.00 a mill, and they don't take into account specific things for prices like if you are a pure, rune pker, or barrows pker they mainly look at total level/overall stats.

I was only offered like 20.00 for 80-90-70 account, then i autoed it for a few days cuz i didnt care lol and got it to 90-90-90 with like a 30mill bank and other stats, and they only gave me like 40.00 for it. Of course i could have gotten more from a real player but i rather not put up with the hassle of trying to weed out the scammers, charge backs, or etc.

 

Last time i checked, Gold4rs said they buy each mil for 0.50$.

And I think you should just sell it here at Sythe. But try to trade with somebody trusted if you don't wanna risk being scammed.

Also Gold4RS prices are shitty.. real shitty. They said they would give me 11$ for a pure, then next day i sold it here for 30$
