You should just man up and be straight forward with it. Notes are for sissies.

 

My teacher told me that back in the days they would pass notes like

I think you should do that.. Well maybe, don't over do it either because then she might think you are.. weird.. or something. Oh and by the way, I'm 13 too.

If both you and her are mature enough to be writing "love notes" to each other go for it. If not, she'll think it's weird.

Describe her and what she does to you, emotionally.
Describe her eyes, her hair, the way she walks, the way she talks, DONT focus on her ass, or her tits.

Tell her you're the last thing you see before you fall asleep, when you close your eyes to see her, that when you're alone you want her with you, when you're sad you want her to cheer you up, when you're happy you want her to experience it with you.

Most girls below the age of 18 (Even then, there's a few), don't understand the whole love note thing. It's not like you see in the movies. I've written many love poems and although they seem like the best shit, girls just seem to find it strange. I say, times should role back to when love notes were the best thing a guy could do for a girl.

If you really want, I can write one for you to give to her. Keep in mind, I've never met her and she may be able to tell it's not from you.

 

Love notes are lame. Also, when you make a written declaration of your interest, you give the girl something to show her friends: so, not only will she think you're weird, but her friends will too. Love notes are cute once you're in a relationship with someone (as spontaneous little gifts), but before then? Don't.

If you like a girl, you need to work up the courage to tell her directly. If you can't do that, then go out of your way to be nice to her: she'll probably pick up on it.
