need help verifying paypal

Well, my old account got limited because some guy did a charge back for 30 dollars. I cant really be bothered to go through the process of paypal to get the account back. Does anyone have an old prepaid credit card or something they could let me use to verify my paypal? I would greatly appreciate it.

 

Though I'm not even sure it's allowed, you might as well not even waste you're time because no one is going to give you one. You're best bet would bet getting a prepaid credit card yourself to use, rather than trying this way.

One thing you could do is go to a bank account that offers teen checking account's if you're underage. That's what I did and I currently have a bank account verified paypal.
