Hey.. may paypal has once again been ruined by Sythe members.
They send the money. I give whatever they buy (gp/pures/whatever)
Day later, they file dispute. Having many disputes open makes my paypal go limited and eventually LOCKED.
I called paypal, they said they will not unlock because I am a "high-risk" user.

So if you still want to buy my main, we'll do mail/wu with omm.

Says I have to invite you to messenger, can you get on an IM with that email? Apparently you can't.
