Help please?

This account I bought last week is locked it has been since 2 days after I bought it, I don't think it was accepted because I lost the ID Number thing, but when I type in password it says account is locked and blah blah blah, I don't know if I need the ID number in order for the acceptation to work. If I do please let me know, because even though I didn't have the ID number I figured if I enter it's current password or the one I used when it got locked then I'd know if that password was wrong weather it got accepted or not.

Does anyone have a way to get it unlocked without being the original owner?

 

Get the previous owner to help you unlock it.

You don't need the tracking id to unlock it, but it helps because it tells you why they denied it (if they did).

 

the tracking ID only tells you the reason for denial.... it probably got locked because your "account was in compromise" try againm?

 

I suggest getting in contact with the original account owner. Explain to him that they've locked it and ask him to help you unlock it.

The Tracking ID is useless. It just tells you if your appeal was accepted or denied. Just in case it was accepted, try the new password you included in your appeal. If it says incorrect password, your appeal was denied.
