Buying items from people on sythe?

Say I wanted to buy a party hat from a fellow member off of sythe and I paid using paypal. How do I get the item onto my account. I would like to do this but as I said I have not the slightest clue how it would work.

 

You pay them the trade price and USD.

 

Sadly due to trade restriction and crappy xfer methods, you have to buy the item for the trade value, as well as for USD, since the item typically impossible to purchase at trade value or ge price.
