Need some show reccomendations

Hey guys, I've been bored with some shows on TV recently, so could some of you recommend some good shows.
I don't have a preferred genre but shows along the lines of:
Entourage
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Chuck
The Office
30 rock
Lost

Also some good movies would be nice:

If you like The Office, you'll probably like "Parks and Recreation". It's made by the same people. As for good movies, I'd recommend Superbad, funniest thing I've ever seen

 

Hmmm, You should catch up with the series "Heroes".

I really like it, and season 5 will be here shortly!

Laugh your socks off.

 

You should watch Heroes tbh. It's a series about a group of people with special powers.

You probably should watch the earlier episodes though. They're already in the fourth season, if I'm not mistaken.
