It says can't load video for some reason. This could be my computer though because I've been having some problems with YouTube recently. :/

You're a bit Scrawny. Good results though, what you do have is muscle.

Agreed, you need to bulk up. You just look like a tonned skinny kid tbh.

Also don't over do it, you're only young it will stunt your growth regardless of what people say.

Not bad. Eat more, don't worry about working out so much just eat dammit lol.

And weightlifting does not stunt your growth it is a myth. I started lifting when I was 5'9" 132 lbs and now I'm 6'5" 206 lbs.

Feel free to ask me any questions I've been doing this for over 4 years and read shit loads of articles and experimented with almost everything. Go on bodybuilding.com and read their articles you'll learn a lot. Good luck.

I actually do have a few questions. I am also 5'9 and 132 lol. What supplements would you recommend to gain mass? May I see a picture of your before and after if you have one? How many calories would I have to consume to gain mass quick? Lastly, do I look fuller into my body since I started?

Before you get to supplements make sure you are eating enough first, if you don't eat enough, supplements won't do much and you'll just be wasting your money. You should eat something every 2-3 hours of the day. Eat a good breakfast and never go to sleep on an empty stomach.

On calories what I'll say is to eat as much as you possibly can each day, do not limit yourself. This was one of my big problems a few years ago when I struggled to gain weight and break plateaus. If you eat more you WILL gain more weight. And at your age and metabolism if you eat good clean foods like chicken, pork, ham, brown rice, wheat bread, milk, fruits, vegetables, pasta, you will definately get big if you eat a shit ton of those.

Don't worry about putting on fat, it's impossible to put on muscle without putting on fat in the process (unless you take steroids but I don't recommend that at your age lol), so expect to gain a lil bit of fat around the ab area. For your size I think you'll get great gains starting off with 3000 cals a day and then slowly increasing your intake as you put on more muscle.

For protein shakes, there's nothing magical about them, they are simply a convenient way to intake your protein and that's it. Definately drink one right after your workout since that is when your body needs it most and whey tends to dissolve quicker than other proteins. And if you want drink one before bed since you'll be going 8-10 hours without eating anything.

I wouldn't worry too much about taking creatine but if you want i'd say just get a small bottle of creatine monohydrate powder and mix that with some orange/grape juice and drink before your workout. It's pretty cheap like $10 for a 250g bottle so why not take it you know.

    And here's my before/after pics:

    At 6'5 206

Wow! Thank you for you information. I am currently just taking 100% whey from optimum nutrition and N.O. xplode. Your gains are amazing! How long did they take. You didn't even look 135 at the beginning. I am going to buy some protein bars so that I can take them to school if I ever get hungry. Also I am going to start with just pure creatine mono hydrate. My goal for the summer is to be about 145 when football starts. Do you thing that is doable from 132

Yeah no prob. I would say don't waste your money on NO xplode, its just way too expensive and unnecessary, you should be able to make great gains without it.

The first pic I was 15 and i might have been 125 in that pic i dont really remember and in the second pic im 19. I didn't lift all the time during that time period, I made gains and then lost them because of life events and transitioning into college and not having a car made me unable to get good food so i lost weight. But I'm doing good now, started back up 2 months ago at 173 eating everything i could and now im at 206.

You can easily get to 145 over the summer, I'd say shoot for 155+. Just remember EAT EAT EAT. If you hit a plateau and aren't gaining any more weight it's because you aren't eating enough, so EAT MORE. But it also could be because your muscles are getting used to your workout, so changing it up should help.

This is probably the most effective workout for your goals (getting big). I've been doing it for a few months now and am seeing great results you should give it a try: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/hst1.htm

More protein and fiber. Both help a LOT.
I also use protein powder, which also helps a ton.

So, if you don't eat a lot, and you cut a lot out of your diet, you'll do what?
Lose weight? (While at the gym, working out etc)

    Or what?

I do some stuff every day at home, some abs stuff, and mostly free weights(Bought a set off walmart a while back, was 40lb and only 5$ shipping, was funny)

    But yea, explain o.o

TBH all I can see is more shoulder mass, must be the bad lighting in the video.

BTW you don't necessary need to much protein shake, I was cut as fuck at around 150 pic-

How do you find out how much body fat you have? I'd like to know how much i have.

Well, i really don't think posting a video at one month is really necessary. Maybe after 3 months or something, but one month is too early to notice any significant changes.
