Confusion.

Hello. I made an appeal around a month ago, which you can see here.

If you read it, Pen has accepted it, and told me if you can not get contact with him withen three days, I would be unbanned and again I couldn't get contact.

"If he doesn't respond within the next 3 days, then you don't need to give him the pins."

three days passed and I waited, I thought that admins are a quite busy and I would be unbanned, I waited and waited and it's been around three weeks. Could I get unbanned now? I've been waiting for a long time and really want to get back to sythe. Thanks a lot and I really hope I can get back into the community and talk to you guys again.
