It has been pointed out before that people do this. And the responses from staff then were report it anyway.

 

Normal members can not see whether or not a post has been infracted (as it is invisible to all non-staff), and when you see something like you outlined above - it most likely has.

It's called the report a spammer archive. Ever been there? I can see as clear as day if someone was infracted or not.
