Celbi scammed me for $60 [Proof Included]

Celbi told me that he had a dungeoneering smuggling guide that makes 20m/hr. It was a new glitch, and I thought okay, the bolt enchanting glitch made millions per hour, so maybe this guy found the new 20m/hr glitch.

Boy was I wrong. I paid $60 to the account he requested to. As you can see, it's to "[email protected]," the paypal account he requests people to send money to. Here is my paypal invoice:



Here is the guide he sent me. I opened up the text file "guide" that he send to me to show you the content. This has to be one of the biggest dick moves I've seen someone pull in my life. I congratulate him on winning the Dick of the Year hands down right there. Here is the screenshot of his email to me (check the sender) and the content of the email's attachment (which was suppose to be a $60 guide for a 20m/hr dungeoneering glitch):



He needs to be banned NOW before he ruins this community with his scamming and fraudulent claims. If any more proof is required, please let me know. I can link you to a previous locked thread with others complaining of being scammed by him.
