    Briefly explain the trade: Well I was buying a PIN from him, sent him the $2.50 as gift VIA paypal, I sent him transaction ID and email I bought from, he didn't respond for like 3 minutes, he gave me a fake PIN with letters and then went offline.
    How they scammed: Gave fake PIN then went offline
