Need Runecrafting bot help from Rsbots.net

Hey i just got the Runecrafting bot from Rsbots and i have NOOOOO idea how to use it properly lol.. Does anyone have it and could give me some tips on how to level with it??

I currently only have 38 runecrafting - 104 combat level with membership - and 20mil * Which i prefer not to lose to much of *

so basicly how do i tell it what altar to go to and which one should i use to level from 38 to 91 * or which ones *

also do you need tiara or can you use the symbol? Can you use rune ess instead of pure ess? what do i put my settings on to level up?
