Questions about employment :c

hello community, i have thousands of questions but first some context, i am currently working doing multi-skilled services for an employer who i don't know if he is here or on osbot and i don't really care, i even think he is a reseller. the point is that he gets all the credit, reputation and most of the benefits....

I would like help or guidance on how to find an employer or what are the steps to apply for a job as a gamer. I am looking for someone to give me a better deal or if possible find a service provider or at least how to find them, potential clients or any ideas on what I am looking for?

i usually do services raising combat skills, but i have been playing for 4 years and i have some experience, i usually get paid about 8-13$ per account depending on the requirements and services that are pending which for example are: raising attack to a certain level in conjunction with strength, doing certain minigames, raising magic with rank to a certain level. but it is not more than that and i know there are better things they offer. what i mainly want is to know how to find what i am looking for, good jobs, gain reputation in this forum. to whoever stops to read my post thank you from the bottom of my heart<3

This is generally how that works. The "reseller" has customers come to them asking for a service to be done, then they allocate that job to whatever worker is available. You are simply another cog in the machine.

If you'd like more recognition, you can break off from these "resellers" and start building your own "business" and begin advertising directly to customers. As you might eventually find out for yourself though, if you become popular and have many requests coming in concurrently, you will find yourself in a position where you'll need to find workers (such as yourself) who you would allocate additional work that you do not have the capacity for.

 

I understand, so could you give me an idea of how to look for those employers or resellers and thus access other jobs ?

 

I don't have a straightforward answer unfortunately. Start looking into the people who you're dealing with on a regular basis: look at where they're advertising, look at where the competition is advertising. I don't know what exactly you're after, but you can also post your advertisement thread in a relevant section for your services, too.
