Starter Obby Mauler: What should I do from here to get best selling price?

Current stats are as follows.

1-60-1 with 48 hitpoints.

Never been members, never had recoveries, bank pin or e-mail. I can make p2p if it's needed.

Also, please don't say "get 99 strength, noob" as I'm simply selling it as a starter obby mauler. My current wealth is around 200K and will be increasing.

My question: What stats/items/etc should I get/do/complete/etc to get the best possible price. I'm thinking 40 range, a lot more cash, and maybe a high non combat skill.

dont get range you should get 70 str tho you probs get 10-20$ at most if your lucky

 

I'm not bothered about how much; I know what I would get. I'm purely asking about ways to improve what I get.

Honestly cash nowadays isnt worth much on an account. I would say get a few mill, then get str/range to 70 and sell then. Best bang for your buck IMO.
