Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Back when this event happened, my HackForums account had been compromised. I had not visited that forum in a good bit of time, and a friend had told me about a report that was made against my account. Shortly after it happened, I contacted the guy who was scammed, and told him that I was going to repay him, even though it was not myself who had done this.

I had a first payment to the victim on 01/09/2021 for $50.00. Second payment of $50 was sent on 08/16/2021. After this, I had completely forgotten all of this happened, and was moving around in my life. I recently got back into Runescape, and remembered this all happened, and the DNT that was placed on my account, so I reached back out to the victim and made sure everything was now paid. The third payment of $100 was sent today (10/25/2022).

In my original DNT thread posted by Wortel, staff had told me to solve my off-site issues. These issues are now resolved. As I do not visit those sorts of websites, I am not completely sure if the victim has posted that he has been repaid or not yet, however he had let me know that he would do so.
