Temped banned for?

Hello my account volen has been abused for the second time. I'm not perm banned now, but now I'm banned for three weeks for nothing? Here is what it said.

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: 05-16-2010, 09:00 AM

You can't ban someone for no reason and for almost a month. I did nothing wrong and I would like to be unbanned. I have no idea who did it but before I was permed for selling a auth guide without a warning from rs2pleasant and I shouldn't have been because other mods didn't ban those who copied my guide.

So can I be unbanned because this is stupid for a month without a reason.
