More than likely, I have on one or more occasion(s) registered on this site. I am saying this simple as a warning to any staff that would take multiple registrations as a rule violation. Now, with that being said: I noticed something when I was registering my account. In the registration form, users are forced to enter into a "no scamming" contract, and it lists some obscure law to back that up. Under US law, no minor (Any person under the age of 18) can legally be held to any contract.

I would quote it, but I can't remember/find where it was stated. Basically, as long as the other accounts aren't banned/TWC'd (I believe), you can have an alternate account.

And good call on the contract thing.

I personally think they just have it as a scare. You are right minors can't sign contract or agree to it without the consent of their guardians.

I also think it is there in an attempt to scare people off from scamming, but hey, lets not blow their cover

As others stated minors cannot sign contracts. Even if they do it would not hold up in court.

Okay. Refer to FloydZeppelin's post and don't worry about the contract issue. We're not removing it as of now.
