Hello! I think some miscommunication happened between us. Sadly our bits / subs sending software was broken since twitch pushed some large anti-botting update so all of our orders were delayed. We have a large shop so we have more then 50 active orders to deliver daily. I kindly described this to customer then offered a refund. The bits he bought were successfully delivered. He just got a problem on subs delivery. I never ignored this customer since he got his replies throw our tickets system on server (I can send proof of conversation between my support and this guy). This guy wasn't getting his response in personal messages for 2 days since I had some days off and our tickets system was full (we got 50 tickets limit). This guy also blocked me on Discord so I can't send him messages directly anymore.

Okay. I found 2 orders from this guy. He made 2 orders in our shop. His first purchase was bits ($8) and the second was subs ($8.45). Bits were delivered to him so we owe him just $8.45 from subs. Not the $19 as he mentioned. Here is a proof of delivered goods I found it in our delivered orders archive.

he claims he sent bits, i have not received anything from him at all. he also said I blocked him? why would i block him when he owes ME money lol seems a bit counter productive (you can also see when I proved he blocked me that there is the block option there, before i send a message and showing im blocked, on discord if i had blocked him it would say "unblock")

also said I was getting reply's in tickets- false af, i couldnt even make a ticket as they were all full. please show screenshots of the ticket i had open with my uid.

As you see we had added the order into the list by 10 of October (Date when customer bought it) then my worker archived / delivered the bits by 11 of October. If you want I can add you to our Trello board so you will be able to check our archive and all the dates of delivered goods.

 

His streamlabs shows no donation history. You never sent him the bits. Kindly refund him the full amount.

 

I have a strong doubts if streamlabs will show you an anonymous bits transactions. You can find my bits if you will go to Creator DashboardYOUR_TWITCH_USERNAME/channel-analytics. Like I did on the screenshot. Then the @Jordie should find the "Revenue" option and show you his "Revenue" from 10 to 12 of October (Bits must be delivered before those dates as I told previously).

I am ready to send him full refund in case there will be no revenue also I am ready to get banned here if this guy doesn't lie. I know that bits were sent and I personally have 0 doubts about that.
