I will in like 3 hrs already submitted recovery, scammer never actually got access to account so its all good.

So.. Once we have the account and we've paid. You can get it back? Seems fishy to me.

 

Every orignal owner can Recover the account, Weather it has recoverys or not.

I reviewed the Report and i'm kinda leaning toward that he might have actually scammed this kid. Which is sad.
