@GhostCorp I personally saying you helped me in my bad times and even saying I do this for living, I don't make much for my family but I am not lying that I didn't know it was a hardcore.

Just give me a single proof that you told me your account was hardcore since you started training with us and until now.

1. It is the trainer's responsibility to disclose to the buyer if the account(s) will be botted on.
2. An explicit refund and returns policy must be defined by the trainer and agreed upon by the buyer (in writing) before services are rendered.
3. In order for a policy to be enforced, the trainer must ensure the buyer has read, understood and agreed to said policy.
4. If the service you offer is outsourced or done by someone other than you, you MUST inform the buyer either through your Terms of Service or in Skype/PM. Failure to follow this rule would grounds for a TWC, market ban, or further consequences.
5. Prior to the start of a service, the service provider MUST inform the customer that any valuables should be removed from the account. In cases of restricted accounts such as Irons, service providers MUST agree with customers to a predetermined result of situations involving lost items and/or the loss of game-mode. Failure to do so may result in disputes being awarded to the buyer by default and/or punishment for bad trading practices being applied.
6. If you are going to post on a service request thread, you must include a quote for the service OR a specific question clarifying what the thread owner is requesting.
7. You may not request free skilling, but you may offer it.
8. You may not require or promise a vouch for a service. Vouches should only be given out if the person has done a good service to you.

you are buyer here, who buying services from me and forget to tell me it's being hardcore.

 

They will soon need a single proof of you being telling me about your account being hardcore on point of hiring me not before months before.

This guy might have fucked my other customer for sure but I don't lie he did help me in my bad times always was standing behind me since first day he hired me, it's just my time is bad , I didn't know it was a hardcore still I can offer him 100$ a month on emis @GhostCorp .

I know this too he has not any proof of letting me know of being hardcore, it's just I feel bad for him a lot.

 

@bhuvan, I thought about your offer, and would like to propose a counter offer, since you would have to pay me over the course of 5 months at 100 dollars a month, i would rather you build me a new HCIM account under the following stipulations:

train it to 90 runecrafting via runespan, 80 smithing, 84 archeology, 95 divination, 75 agility and 90 crafting via gem rock mining, ill even assist in making it easier by making a bunch of ring of duelings for easy teleports. and youd be responsible for deaths on this account until you got it to these stats.

 

Sadly I can't afford this at the point of time.
