dispute infractions and temp banned

Dear Sythe!

My account santa11 just got temp banned for 3 months due to 5 level 1 infractions (spamming). At my opinion is this not fair at all... to ban someone for that long because of a small thing like this!

I dont know if this is an acceptable excuse but i can tell you that im not very good at english and the reasons why im banned now is because i have made 5 posts that you class is not related to the topic created. Its really not that easy for me to understand every word peoples write on their topics and its easy happened that i write something that i think is related to the topic when its not.

I beg you to look thought my infractions once more and make a new decision. I really cant stay away from my account for that long.

Banned users do not appear in the member list.

Most of the infractions were warranted, however one is sort of iffly, so I'll reverse that one. If you get another infraction, however, you will be temp banned for 2 weeks.
