    Where to train strength with 40 def?
    Where are some good places to train strength with 40 defense?? I heard ankous were good but then again I heard that hit like crazy on 40 defense. Anyone know any good spots? :D

    Where to train strength with 40 def?
    Flesh Crawlers drop a lot of herbs that can accumulate to quite a hefty cash pile. If you want to make money while training, I suggest you go to Green Dragons as an alternative, as well.

    Green dragons will hit too much.
    Possibly after 85 str they would be "okay"

    Yeah, I'm looking for something with about 45k/exp hour and some decent cash flow.

    Why did nobody suggest yaks? People can access Neitiznot with 40 Defence (assuming they've started Fremmy Isles). If OP hasn't done it, then try Soul Wars or something.

    depends on your attack/strength aswell dude, if reasonably low i'd go for fleshies.
