This is my rune pure, I've completely hand trained.
I'm currently working on strength, any advice is welcomed.

That's a nice start for a rune pure expecially the 99 range you should train your str on ghouls its very fast xp i got 99 on them

Where are ghouls? the things in canafis?
Those are pretty fast I had them for a slayer task.
Is your pure around 85 combat?

 

yeah in canfis lol and na i sold my high lvl pure =/ i just got a lvl 60 one atm lol

 

Great stats. Did you chin? And if I were you, I would turn it into a zerker.

Is Defence quested by the way? What about Prayer?

 

Yeah, I chinned from 93 - 99. Tzhaars from 70 - 93.

I have quested the defence, not the prayer though.
I was thinking of getting 45 def after 95+ str, and 85+ mage.

 

That's nice. How long did 70-93 take doing TzHaars? How much money did you make?

You should get Ancient Curses by the way.

 

Took a couple months, I made enough to get zerker, 4m on fire cape, and chin from 93 -99, it was worth it imo.

get a torso and barrows gloves and ur golden.

 

That's pretty good I'd say. Range is beast .

go for barrows gloves and torso the strength bonus will greatly aid your strength training.

 

I noticed you don't use rune boots?

 

I do, just at the time I was questing, climbing boots are a little lighter.
