¥The Irish Pker¥ tried to scam me out of my 40-95-1 pure which I was selling on this thread:

The trade was that he would give me $65 PayPal for my account. This can be seen in this private message that he sent to me

The next pm contains his msn which verifies that it was him i was talking with on msn

Anyways, Ill give a summary of the msn conversation we had. I agreed to go first since he is a fairly old member and has a high post count and a few vouches, I would supply him with the account information and then he would pay me via paypal. I told him that I would simply stay logged on to the account in game (he would still be able to change the password, just not access the account, did this as a protection in case he did scam).

Anyways, I gave him all the info, and then he changed the password. I know he changed it because the one I gave him no longer worked. He claimed that the password I gave him didnt work, but this was false. He really changed the password. This pictures shows how the old password no longer worked:


Then I go on to call him on his bullshit. Luckily I never logged off the account, and ill be running Perf's Soul Wars on it until i recover the password.

(if your wondering, the chargeback is because I sold an account to gold4rs and it ended up getting banned so they charged back)

 

This seems too vague; we can't really tell who's telling the truth as well as a number of different things could have went wrong (you mistyping the pass when you changed it, etc...). Use an MM in the future to avoid these problems. If you do recover it and find that he had access to the account please take a screenshot of the login page so we can see his IP.
