Is OSRS officially dead?

I'm trying to decide if it's because I'm basing it off my ironman experience and Sythe's forums or did OSRS really die finally? Could care less about RWT bans etc. But even with new content dropping it seems like the activity has gotten lower and lower. Does anyone here still play besides to make $? (I have no problem with people making $$ off it)

 

OSRS is definitely not dead. Still see a lot of people playing.
