Hey RSServices here starting our first official lottery.
Each entry fee will be $1.50 USD
Sent as gift to [email protected]
When you send the money, put the number you wish to purchase in the notes.

REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER:

• Been registered on this site for at least 1 month
• 70+ Posts
• Paypal

-On May 1st, 2010 at 6:00PM Pacific Time, I will pick the winner.
I will use random.org to determine if your number is picked or not.
There will be 30 numbers you could choose from. Whenever someone purchases a number, I will edit the post and put their user name next to it. I will pick 3 out of 30 numbers from this list.
The winner will receive;​

1-70 in ANY SKILL FREE
2M for FREE

The winner should receive 95% of the money put in, at least. Most people don't want skill training you can get for free, or 2M you can get for $5

 

So let me get this straight. You want 30 people to buy tickets, netting you $45. In return, you pick 3 and skill to 70 or get them 2m? Not sure if thats just me, but thats sounds like a terrible lottery. Kadaj's costs $1 and you can win all $25.
