i think i have one, its really annoying to deal with sometimes, and makes you look kind of ugly.
is there a way to straighten my back up using an excersize or something?

i think it grew at the age of 11 when i used to play runescape for alot of hours, anyone else have one?

Hope you reported both of that fuckwit alaska's post's, I too have a curve in the top of my spine (doctor rekons it's not from playing runescape leaning over) but i seem to think different, there isn't really much you can do about it other then constantly trying to correct your posture, walking straight with your shoulders back etc, im currently on a 6month waiting list to get my spine looked at, All i can say is make sure your focusing on your posture.

You could maybe go to the chiropractor, and maybe adjusting your spine would help.

I hunch alot due to bad posture. Just exercise and keep your back straight. Simple as that.

I use to hunch badly, good news is fixing it is all about realizing your hunching WHILE it's happening, and then making a mental effort to keep yourself straight. Eventually, you'll develop a new, better posture.

    Pretty easy.

I had a similar problem, so what I do now is, push my shoulder blades together and push out my chest. It ends up straightening my back, although it looks and feels slightly odd...

I have a horrible hunching problem. I often get joked as having a "question mark back". My spine also sticks out of my back quite a bit. I've been focusing on keeping mental awareness of my posture and fixing it and I think it is helping, although it sometimes hurts my back to walk when keeping proper posture.

It's better to hurt now than be a hunched old man. I would absolutely abhor being pitied for looking so fragile just because I have a crooked back when I'm elderly. Fix it now before it's too late!
