So you've just admitted to being banned? In which case this is classed as ban-evading. Which is also, conveniently, bannable.

Banning is banning, and this is still ban evading regardless of why you were banned. Fake vouches is a serious thing to do, and as you've just admitted doing so, and being banned before, I would suggest to everyone else to not trade with this guy, or if you do so, TRADE WITH CAUTION.
