Whats the minimum levels on an account needed? Cause i'm going to make a new pure and want you to do it via that.

 

There is no minimum account, as long as you have a weapon thats fine.
I can send it to bandage for HP pures but I'm pretty sure theres more of a possibility of getting kicked out
