Personally, I think he should be tried for murder. He obviously has no sense of decency. Who kills their father for confiscating the keyboard, then takes the keyboard to the computer and plays for the next couple of hours?

There was a similar case to this regarding an Xbox 360 and an 18(?) year old. Got sentenced to life without parole. :/ It's actually sad to see that these kid's lives are completely ruined and ended from such a careless decision. What can you really do though?
