Question about capturing images in a video

Hey, I'm wondering if it's possible to capture a still image for every 0.2 second of a video. So like, if the video is 10 seconds long, I'll end up with 50 images from those 10 seconds. Is it possible with sony vegas or any other software?

 

If it's a game you are recording I suggest getting Fraps...because you can take video of the games with that and take screenshots/still images every so often depending on what you set it to.

If it's not a game...then I could try to find a different way.
