If you look back in the convo he said he just checked his inbox for the offer I had made to him, proving that it is his msn. I did not make this offer public, I only pm'd him, so he would solely know about it.

 

You'll have to prove that e-mail belongs to him (in a new thread) as a PM isn't proof.
