What happened to MOTM?

There used to be a MOTM (Member of the Month) competition, but it stopped.

Is there a certain reason?

And, if I attempt to revive this and start it up, will I be able to have some Mod/Staff help for adjusting the polls, moving threads, etc?

 

I was thinking of trying to to restart it myself as a matter of fact. I think they stopped it cause they didn't like popularity contests. If an admin agrees and you agree, I could help you out with MOTM if you wanted.

I'm losing things to do on Sythe.

No way. I hate writing guides. The ban evader catching one was just one off.

Anyway, I support this idea.

well its not that of an importance, dont know how its "fun" either.

 

Its not important, however it would be a bit of fun to muck around with. I'm also considering adding in prizes, etc. (assuming I get my paypal unlimited.)

This is a good idea, but the old basis was on who posted the most, and pretty much sucked up the the staff. I believe it should be based upon other things.. such as successful sales, personal reputation and the lack of having to be hand-fed by other members. However, that is just my opinion.

 

I'd like to see this get started up again. It's just a fun activity, and there shouldn't be much conflict about it...
