Warrior in need of urgent help

I am currently a level 69 Fury Warrior using two 2h Weapons (Both 3.40 DPS) when I am leveling I do decent damage and take mobs down quite quickly (without to much health lost) however, when I get into a dungeon I find that while it seems like I am doing a decent amount of damage, Recount ALWAYS puts me last (in front of healer of course) now I am in need of help

Is it Titans Grip?
Is it my gear?
Is it my rotation (Bloodfury, Whirlwind, Slam when instant, Cleave rage dump)

or is it just how a Fury Warrior is played?

Should I respec Arms?
If I do should I use a 2h Weapon or Dual Wield faster weapons.

Sorry for all the questions but I am really getting pissed off with this problem and it is seriously making me want to reroll (which I dont have time to do)

Mate... Go arms, get the 2h axe crit talent and the fury crit 5% and you can get epic crit. I tried Fury and I hated it, but it's really up to you. I much prefer arms though.

 

Go arms for leveling imo.


Also, prot for questing and dungeons is great. Does almost as much DMG as fury but you can tank for instant queues + you have 100x the survivability while questing, meaning you can solo most group quests

(owner of a 74 warrior prot since 50)

 

First thing first:
1.DPS /never/ matters untill you're 80.
2.Gem for strength,get rid of those attack power gems/all other gems that aren't strength

 

Prot is the way to level a Warrior. (From Outlands till 80)
