    Depression.

I don't know why but lately, I've been having these waves of depression. Every few minutes, I feel really depressed and start thinking about death, suicide and other morbid things.

How do I get happy again? My social life is fine. I have many friends. My relationships are crap to be honest, but I really can't see myself getting all too depressed about that.

Please don't tell me to take drugs. It's against the law here and if we're found with drugs, it's death by hanging. Now that doesn't really appeal to me, going to the gallows.

Also, please don't give stupid advice. It's better you don't post at all.

It happens to a lot of people. Some days I just feel sad. Best way to feel better is to think positively, go do something like pleh a game, talk to someone you like or sleep. It also helps if you think about all the people who have it worse than you xD!

But it's not as easy for me. I suddenly feel like life isn't worth living. I can't play games as well. Mother is forcing me to study. I don't have much time to sleep as well. I study till late at night. I guess I could talk to my favorite people.

But they're all kinda busy with their own lives. =/

Yeah, that kinda sucks. You're Malaysian, but from you picture, you're of Indian or Sri-Lankan ethnicity? Do you fit in with the Chinese Malay people? Do you say Lah a lot :D?!?!

Besides that... yeah, it just goes away with time. My mood changes a lot. Sometimes a little thing can get me really down. But it goes away with time. If it doesn't then that's worth seeing a doctor about. Just go into a blank state, get the school shit out of the way and have a good holiday!

I'm an Indian lol. I don't use those slang words lol. My english is pretty good, if I say so myself :)

That is good advice, but I don't think it'd work. I have exams coming up in less than a month and I need to burn the midnight oil.

I go to a pretty decent school and lots of people I know are like "OMG!!!!!!! I need to study 24/7lololol no sleep". The truth is, it doesn't matter that much. As long as you do OK at school, all is well. The system is fucked, just do what you can and don't stress out much.

Happiness should be your main priority. School is important but it's boring.
It goes away. Just a mood thing. Take a bit of a break from study (1 hour even) and you'll feel KK tomorrow.

This happens to people a lot when they hit puberty. Just give it some time, etc.

    Don't turn emo(tional) either, it's really gay.

To be honest, I've been taking more breaks than I should have ;)

Well that would be just fine, but my parents push me to study.

But I don't think it's school work. I don't really stress out because of school work.

Yeah I have. They won't budge. Says education is really important and all that. I don't disagree, but it'd be nice to let my hair down and relax once in a while.

Yes, never disagree with mother and father dearest. It would be going against the lord himself, and you would not be the perfect little angel if you did!

    Depression.

I went through a similar situation a while back. From an outsiders perspective, my life was fine, but I was still depressed. For me, finding a nice girl, getting good grades, and even drugs (xanax and adderall) have helped me.

Ok, well maybe you should go to your doctors/chemist and tell them you have had some depression, then ask if they have anything for depression, chill pills are normally given out to adults, my auntie recent;y got given these and she is now no longer depressed, good luck.

Well we can't take drugs here lol giddy. I don't feel like death by hanging at 15.

They'll need a prescription for that. Should I go for counselling? D:

Hmm I doubt they'd listen to me. Even if they did, I think they need a prescription. And they'd only give me a prescription if they found I was suicidal.

Thanks skiller. Will keep that in mind.

Ulanbaatar, wow I wonder why. You seem like a nice guy >_>
