    He didn't break shit.... get your facts straight.
    The rule forbids the use of vouches as currency, and you cannot ASK for vouches in return for a service - it must be by the others Members free will.
    Perril simply stated he was going to do some free services to get a few vouches- he's not saying that he will do the services FOR a vouch, just that he will hopefully get vouches from people.
