I have requested this dispute be posted by a current member in the Sythe community for the following reasons: Verify it is indeed me, 1227, posting the content listed below, and because Pen seems to delete the threads and IP ban me when I try to post in the Dispute forum.

First off, I would like to say please disregard MOST of the appeals over the last two days as most were not me, and I was informed of these bogus appeals by others.

This is my last chance at trying to speak to Sythe Staff about my ban. I would like to request that Staff members OTHER THAN Pen, please review my case. You can take whatever "evidence" he seems to have, but will not show, if you wish.

Pen claims that I have "recovered" a RuneScape account that I sold approximately 4 months ago for $40 to someone named "BFS" on Sythe. BFS, a ban evader, better known as Demented Radio, then went on and sold the account on Sythe. Please feel free to look at his posts prior to his ban. He later informed me the account was locked sometime after I sold it, and he had messaged me regarding the account. I stated to try and appeal the lock himself, and if not, I could try to put in an appeal, and that I would contact the original owner. To my knowledge, the account was unlocked, but he had not made contact with me afterward.

Pen claims that I stated I was the original owner of the account, however, this is completely untrue, and I have no idea what evidence he seems to have that evidently shows this. I have sold well over ten to fifteen accounts with my history on Sythe, most over $100, some up to $400, which I can prove. All but two accounts were not originally mine, and the sellers were made aware of this prior to purchase. The account Pen seems to claim I recovered, was not one of them.

Why was there no report against me?

Why would I recover an account when I no longer play RuneScape, nor have sold accounts for quite some time?

Why would I recover an account I sold for $40 when I have clearly sold accounts in the upwards of $400+?

Why does Pen IP ban me every time I try to post a dispute?

Why does Pen not show his "evidence" to me when requested?

Why are the threads by me deleted/archived by Pen, and new stickies made in regards to thread about me?

I must say all of this seems quite fishy. To my knowledge, no Staff other than Pen actually knows information regarding my ban. And in all due respect, to me, due to the increasing number of members whom seem to dislike me, the unwarranted ban seems ever more interesting...

After my ban, I posted a farewell thread thanking all the members who had been so generous over the last three years to keep my Pin, Steam and RS business profitable. I had also pointed out special thanks to specific members, also wishing them the best of luck. This thread was quickly deleted by Pen, and a new sticky was created stating no "farewells" from Banned members could be posted. I do seem to remember threads being created by many members(Harped, Backstab..) yet Pen and staff had no issues with this. I do seem to believe Pen has a motive to ban me, thus, I am requesting Sythe Staff, excluding Pen, review this case.

I have been a loyal member on Sythe for three years, most known for my old Steam Shop and Pin shop. I have sold other virtual items, as well as tangible items in the community. I have never thought of scamming, nor have I ever in my history with Sythe, or any other trading website. I doubt this thread will have an effect due to all the garbage that has been occurring on Sythe lately, however I would greatly appreciate if anyone could please look into the matter or contact me regarding the issue. In all due respect, why would I "scam" $40 when profits from Sythe well exceed that? Once again, I would greatly appreciate it if Staff could take a THOROUGH investigation of my ban.

None of your threads were deleted, they are all archived. Your proxies are banned to prevent other people from using them.

I don't care if he is banned or not, his report is welcome here. When the account was locked, you simply told him to "unlock it yourself". He didn't make contact afterwards because you weren't interested in helping.

You stated here that you are the original owner. After testing out the info you provided BFS, they were incorrect.

The report was archived previously. BFS contacted me through PM with Paypal proof and wanted me to evaluate the proof in the Archives.

All disputes are archived after they are answered to keep the Dispute Forum clean. The new sticky in Introductions / Farewell is not about you, it was made after people like BMTH, Fed, Harped made Farewell threads.

Answered above regarding the sticky. If you want your dispute answered, you will have to take an answer from me.

Normally, recovering an account is very difficult to prove. However, I tried out the information you provided, and they were wrong.

Now, I know that the next dispute you make will be something along the lines of "those pictures are fake!!!!!!11111". To save yourself the time, don't make a dispute with that.

Interesting. Pen, please PM me the evidence you have regarding 1227's case. Obviously I cannot overturn your decision, but I'd like to have a look at this nevertheless. The proof will not be shared with anyone as well. Thanks.
