First time buyer question! Mod answer plz!

hello,So im pretty new to sythe as you can see by my post count and i am thinking about buying a account off some one. But i have been thinking is it ever really safe i mean even if you do use a OMM and you get all the info cant the orig owner use that info and still recover it back? Correct me if i am wrong.

 

You are correct. There is always some sort of risk of that.
