I've had this account for about 2 months, bought it from here actually.
I waited until my own email was registered with it and that my recovery questions were set before I put members credit and actually started playing it properly.

A few days ago I tried to log in and it said my password was wrong, which was strange as I had this wrote down from day 1, so I went and recovered the account and also set new recoveries whilst I was there. However I tried to log in again, a day later, and it says don't have the correct password. So I go to recover the account AGAIN and it comes up with recovery questions that I haven't set... Which is ridiculous as the ones that I set were accepted.

I have a few details which might help to get it back, although I need some more advice on how to do this.
I have:
3 previous passwords (+ the one that I set)
Previous email address, before mine was registered.
Recovery answers that I set (obviously)
I paid for a membership by card so I have all of those details.
The email on the account is registered to me.
I also know the year in which the account was made, no month though :/

Any ideas would be helpful, please no flamers saying "No way are you getting you're account back!" Thanks.

 

i have the same problem, but i have the IP of where it was created(hes not the scammer though)
im trying to convince jagex that i moved, and i gave them the old IP of where it was created. its pending right now. you should try it

 

I don't have the old IP :/ I know where he lives, the previous owner, I mean roughly, and I stated that I moved, but it didn't work. Must have been too vague.

get his IP and use it?

No, I know the city in which he lives. I don't have access to his computer... I'm still not sure how he managed to get the account back, if it is him who got it :/

 

Put your IP address in the extra box down the site, it will help And tell all old passes you know, all recovery answers and the things
