This is for people who recently quit Maplestory, or are just trying to unload mesos. I'm willing to purchase around 1B mesos. You do not have to worry about the tax maplestory itself takes off. All you have to worry about is putting up X amount of mesos.

Like I am buying 100M from you, you put up 100M and I will receive probably around 94M mesos. Since large amount of meso transferring takes quite a toll. I'd prefer that you log onto a non-asian ip.
