I'd give it a 6, as of now. Look's alright, just need a little higher strength and range. I would get 50 attack and while pking, use knives/darts and g maul combo.

5. It's lacking a massive part - 50 attack. After that you need 80 or so strength.

 

Mhm... 80 Strength will take forever :S

5. A lot of work to do, 50 att str has to get a lot higher. Prayers too high for the level you are at. Did you do quests that give prayer xp for gloves and DT already? I have a f2p lvl 58 with 40 att 87 str 84 range 1 pray. 2 combats and that much difference shows you how weak 43 prayer is.

 

1. It has prayer, range, and mage. Not really a pure. That's a hybrid my friend. People like you killing the term "pure".

I call 2/10 at the moment.
If you did the required quests that gained the prayer level, then continue, if not, give up.
Get 50 or 60 attack, remember to do all quests before.
Get strength up until you like your combat level, and then get range and magic up just enough to not interfere with your combat. Get 44 prayer seeing as you've already gone this far. I personally recommend 60 attack.
Don't waste money on useless skills.
