I have started a SCAR scripting tutorial.

This tutorial will eventually end up covering every topic in SCAR that I can think of. It has been written by myself in a hope to teach SCAR and SRL users a bit more than they already know.

Currently, the tutorial is only in its first version, and covers the fundamentals of SCAR. If you are just starting to learn SCAR, I highly recommend you download and read this tutorial through. It will give you a great kick start into the SCAR and SRL world.

Unlike other tutorials on this site, this tutorial must be downloaded, as it is a chm file, and it is very big. This tutorial also encourages you to actually script whilst learning about the different parts instead of just reading. Exercises and examples are dotted along the way to help you through.

um...yeah i downloaded the thing and it said it doesn't work and to retype the adress. but i really wanna see this tut so can u help?

First of all I'd like to thank you for writing the tutorial. Alot of people dont appreciate the time spent on these. The download works fine for me, but after i open the file, every window says action canceled. I used the rapidshare link.

 

My comp cant read that .chm file or something .
If ya got some spare time try putting adobe file or an text file. Much easier to use for some of us who are nub. /me points to himself

Sooo... I've been looking forward to the next version of this tutorial for a while now... a looong while

 

First off, I'm pretty sure SB100 quit all this crap. Second off, this post is over 2 years old, so I don't see the point of gravedigging it.
