I did not scm him out of $10.43

ok here the story of the $10.43, he want to buy 3 pins for $10.50 and i said sure sent it to my paypal email [email protected] but when he sent the money it came up to $10.43 and i said sent $.07cent so you can get the 3 pins, he said i did not have it and said give me 3 pins or i report you, so i said i just give you a refund of your money so i gave him a refund but he told me that he closed his paypal but i already sent the money back to the email that sent to me, so later i relise that the payment did not go thought since he close his paypal account so i cancal the payment and I wanted to sent him the money back but then i got a call from paypal and they ask me about the trade, after talking too paypal i cheak my paypal account and the $10.43 was held by paypal,so now i do not have the $10.43 and it is held by paypal

Can you prove that is his paypal e-mail? In the scammer report you logged without sending him the refund, why would you do that?
