AdamMCR for scamming!!!

So he was willing to trade this OWNAGE main for my zerker, and I am a leecher so i am FORCED to go first

So I give him all my info and then he says, are you sure thats the password, it says it doesnt work. I say " I can see you on runescape right now, dont try to scam me" then he started typing like he was drunk or something and blah blah blah and he said "bb 42 m"

I even made him send me a PM over sythe to make sure it was really him.

 

Insufficient proof...Please provide the entire convo.

 

How is this insufficient proof? I say " get off my account " and he says "bb 34 m" and I ask him why he would do that, and he says just for kicks.. Is this really how this kid doesnt get banned?
