Might as well not even bother if you're going to be recording it, tbh. Recordings can be taken until the right number is achieved.

Again, trust isn't even an issue here, and even if it was, people know what they are getting themselves into when they participate in the lottery (1 dollar lol). Was just thinking for future lotteries if they may be of higher stake.

 

Every method you can cheat, hypercam untill the correct method, put 25 numbers the exact same to get one, to give someone to their advantage, the only one you can prove is, showing all numbers and putting in a bowl, and closing eyes or something then showing clearly to the camara, then picking a random one to show that you havnt stopped the recording or something. But really, if your prepared to do that, to gain peoples trust, you can, I personally trust you, obviously your a mod.

Also for the next one you could do two draws, like the full $25 one and do 5 random numbers each winner $5 each or something, like 30 people enter, 2 winners 15 dollars, up to you really.

Are you randomizing numbers or randomizing numbers by adding them to www.random.org/lists?

 

I'm going to use the one on www.random.org, on the right hand side. Numbers between 1 and 25, and it randomly picks one.
